Ceibaro collects information you provide when requesting access (name, work email, company, role, ERP, and an optional description of your situation) and information generated through your use of the product (bank transaction descriptions, invoice data, and confirmed match events).
We store confirmed match events, including bank transaction descriptions, to improve the matching engine over time. This data is tenant-isolated and is never shared with other organizations.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (infrastructure providers operating under data processing agreements).
